Bellair is led by two generations of the Campbell family, supported by senior property professionals and over a century of combined experience in Scottish property.
From its origins in 1977, the business has evolved into a focused property investment and development company, while retaining the speed and certainty of a privately-owned, family-run business.
Colin Campbell MRICS
Managing Director
Colin is Managing Director and the fourth-generation member of the Campbell family within Bellair. He leads the business day to day, with a focus on asset management of the existing portfolio and the identification of new investment opportunities.
Before Bellair, Colin was an Associate Director at JLL, where he was part of the market-leading investment team in Edinburgh and facilitated the acquisition and sale of property assets totalling over £750 million. That experience underpins his approach to deal-making and market analysis.
Colin is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds Masters degrees from the University of St Andrews and the University of Reading, alongside a Diploma in financial modelling that supports the analytical side of his investment decisions.

Alistair Campbell OBE
Chairman
Alistair is Chairman of Bellair and the third-generation leader of the Campbell family business. Under his leadership the company transformed from a plumbing contracting firm into a prominent property development and investment business.
With over 50 years’ experience in property investment across multiple sectors, Alistair is widely recognised as a distinguished business leader in his community. His contributions to the local economy and to town-centre regeneration were recognised with an OBE in 2016.
He has held numerous board positions, providing strategic guidance to a range of property-based businesses. His interests extend beyond property, including the development of an award-winning golf course and investments in oil industry technology.

Crawford Geddes MRICS
Development Director
Crawford leads Bellair’s development activity, identifying and acquiring investment opportunities and overseeing the delivery of key development projects, drawing on a deep understanding of the Scottish property market.
Before joining Bellair, he held senior roles including Development Director at Keiller Edinburgh Limited and Partner in charge of Scottish Operations at Fuller Peiser, giving him broad experience across both development and investment.
Crawford is a graduate of the College of Estate Management and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
