Colin’s role as the fourth-generation member of the Campbell family within Bellair focuses on asset management of the existing portfolio and identifying new investment prospects. His background as an Associate Director at JLL, where he was part of the market-leading investment team in Edinburgh, has equipped him with valuable expertise in the property sector. During his time at JLL, Colin facilitated the acquisition and sale of property assets totalling over £750 million, demonstrating his proficiency in deal-making and market analysis.

 As a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Colin upholds the highest professional standards in his field. His educational background includes Masters degrees from both the University of St. Andrews and the University of Reading, providing him with a solid academic foundation in real estate and related disciplines. Additionally, Colin’s recent completion of a Diploma in financial modelling enhances his analytical skills, enabling him to make informed investment decisions and optimise portfolio performance.

Before joining Bellair, Crawford held several senior positions, including Development Director at Keiller Edinburgh Limited and Partner in charge of Scottish Operations at Fuller Peiser. These roles provided him with a breadth of experience across various aspects of property development and investment, further enhancing his expertise in navigating the complexities of the market.

Crawford’s educational background includes graduating from the College of Estate Management and obtaining membership in The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). This solid academic foundation, coupled with his practical experience, equips him with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in his role at Bellair.
