Alistair Campbell OBE
Alistair is the third generation of the Campbell family to take the helm of the business, turning its focus from George Campbell & Sons, a plumbing contracting company, to the property development and investment business that it is today. Alistair’s main roles include day-to-day management, along with business development.
Widely recognised as a business leader in the local community, Alistair is a highly respected property investor with over 50 years’ experience spanning all sectors. This experience culminated in receiving an OBE in 2016 for Services to the Economy and Town Centre Regeneration.
Holding several board positions throughout his career, Alistair has supported a number of property-based businesses. He has also developed an award-winning golf course and successfully invested in oil industry technology.

Crawford Geddes MRICS
Crawford is an instrumental member of the management team, driving the growth of Bellair through the acquisition of investment opportunities and successful delivery of key development projects.
Previously holding a number of senior positions, most recently as Development Director with Keiller Edinburgh Limited and Partner in charge of Scottish Operations for Fuller Peiser, Crawford brings with him a wide range of experience in and insight into the Scottish property market.
Crawford is a graduate of the College of Estate Management and a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Colin Campbell MRICS
Colin is the fourth generation of the Campbell family to join the business. His focus is on asset managing the existing portfolio and finding new investment opportunities.
Before joining Bellair, Colin was an Associate Director at JLL, in the market-leading investment team based in Edinburgh. He brings a wealth of knowledge with him, having acquired and sold over £750m of property assets.
Colin is a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a Master’s Degree from both the University of St. Andrews and the University of Reading and recently completed a Diploma in financial modelling.

Kate joined Bellair in 2016 after previously working as a Management Accountant within the service industry. Kate focuses on supporting the Board of Directors by controlling financial transactions and managing a variety of projects within the company’s portfolio.
Kate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from the University of Stirling and is currently working towards full membership of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Centre Manager at Falkirk Business Hub
Kenith joined Bellair in 2016. In his new role, he will be primarily responsible for the day to day operation of Falkirk Business Hub which has 51 office suites, meeting/seminar space for 4 to 50 people, a Wellness Centre, co working space and a cafe. He will also be responsible for managed office space at other Bellair Business Hubs including Grangemouth.
Before joining Bellair, Kenith worked in various Payroll and Finance roles over the last 30 years within the Public Sector. Latterly as Payroll Manager for Police Scotland. He is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
