Strong Tenant Demand in Falkirk
Falkirk Business Hub
Falkirk Business Hub is proving to be a location of choice for an increasing number of growing businesses.
Alistair Campbell, our founder and managing director of property development company Bellair, acquired the facility six years ago and has seen it thrive.
Since November last year it has been running at 100% occupancy across 51 office suites.
Demand is so high that when vacancies appear tenants have been able to move in quickly.
There are on average two serious enquiries a week, mainly for the smallest offices for one or two people. Half of the Hub units are of this size and these are the ones that become available most frequently.
The waiting list is now down to three organisations as two companies have been found space from 1 August.
There are 38 occupiers in the former General Post Office building employing about 150 people. At times, there may be up to 300 people occupying the building.
So, why is the Falkirk Business Hub so attractive? Probably because there is nothing else like it!
The consistent message is that it provides a first class working environment with first class service and easy access.
Alistair Campbell says town centres can and should be vital social centres for communities – driving economic growth, supporting small business and entrepreneurial thinking as well as being central to a town’s development.
Falkirk Hub’s record so far appears to be fulfilling that proposition.
