    Bellair originally acquired Wallace House in 2013, attracted by its central location and close proximity to the city’s railway and bus stations, as well as the fact that it offered the only open-plan office space available in central Stirling.

    Bellair purchased this multi-let trading estate in the centre of Glasgow, directly behind the Buchanan Galleries. After completing an extensive asset management programme, the estate was sold fully let to a national property company.

    Bellair acquired the former Wrangler Jeans factory in Camelon for redevelopment.

  • Lochlands Industrial Estate, Larbert

    Bellair purchased this extensive industrial estate in Larbert, with future expansion potential.

  • Gateway Business Park, Grangemouth

    Bellair developed five, two-storey business park units in Grangemouth, benefitting from excellent access to the M9 motorway.

  • Caledon Business Park, Falkirk

    Bellair acquired an option to develop Caledon Business Park, located just off the A9 in close proximity to Falkirk Stadium. The result is several mixed-use schemes, incorporating high quality office pavilions and a logistics park.

  • Grangemouth Business Hub

    Conveniently located just off the M9 (Junction 5), Grangemouth Business Hub was originally constructed as an extension to the Gateway Business Park and was the first of Bellair’s business hubs to offer fully-serviced, managed office space.

  • Inchyra Road, Grangemouth

    In 2015, Bellair acquired this 13-acre site in Grangemouth from the liquidators of Masterton Demolition Limited. The business plan was to break up the site into parcels for sale to local operators and investors.
